My Rating

  • 17 Again rating: 10 out of 10(Aakash Barvalia wrote on 12 Jun 2009)

Director Bur Steers did a fantastic job here and showed us very decent, un-imaginary and a simple kind of movie which at the end you will definitely have a feel good factor. One thing I would like to appreciate to these Hollywood team that each and every film of there are so special with a broad mind topic and always leave a message something or the other for us to learn.

Now you just imagine that you are at the age of your 40+ and suddenly one fine day you would get to know that you turn out to be 17 again? Oh my goodness, what would be your reaction then? The same reaction happened to one man name Mike (Matthew Perry) who was not happy with his life, he was about to get divorced with the women he loves most, his children’s were not loving them AND one fine day suddenly he turned out to be at the age of 17 again and became Teen Mike (Zac Efron). He went to his child hood friend Ned (Tyler Steelman) to find some solution of this. But then he realized that may be god did this because he wanted to complete all his desirable wishes which he had in his teenage. He got admitted in the High School with the help of his friend and slowly slowly as the story moves on he tried to understand their child’s, started taking good care of them as a friend (a good lesson), started understanding his wife in the name of his son’s friend, he actually wanted to become a basketball champion in his school days but this time he felt the same spirit in his son’s soul so as a friend cum papa he teaches him thoroughly and makes him perfect player as well as perfect man, her daughter was fallen into a bad boyfriend so at the end of the film he fixes that also. And as the film completes he turned back into his original age and everything was fixed up, he got his wife back, he got his family back, in short he got his life back. But how this happened? That you have to find out by watching the film only.

I know I have shared it with you almost 98% of the movie but trust me guys it’s a worth watching movie and can be watch with your entire family.

Brilliant performance by all the people out there, especially Zac Efron. Two thumbs up for him.

    I would rate : 5/5 : as 5 denotes “must watch”.
