    Baba and Avinash are brothers who live with their widowed mother (Tanuja) who works as a maid. One day one stalker tries to rape her. Furious Baba (Sharukh Barucha) murder him with the help of his best friend Nawab (Sumeet), who is an orphan. To save the children Baba's mother, and the three kids takes the shelter with a Mafia don Uncle (Ajit). Baba & Nawab join Uncle's gang as contract killers and become his sidekicks. Baba never discloses his profession to Avinash & gives him good education. Years later,they have all grown up. Baba (Sanjay Dutt) & Nawab (Aditya Pancholi) have became known gangsters & Avinash is now a Police Inspectior. One day however Baba gets arrested by Police because of Sunny (Shakti Kapoor) the nephew of Uncle, who has always dreamed of becoming the biggest don of the city. Sunny plots a plan & separate the childhood buddies Baba & Nawab. Avinash, when he learns that his elder brother is a criminal loses his cool & breaks his relationship with Baba & decides to arrest him red-handed one day. Baba's mother gets killed by mistake by shooters who had come to kill Avinash. Baba when he come out of prison discovers that the whole picture is changed & he is left all alone in this world. Somehow he manages to meet Nawab and takes his revenge with Sunny. But he again has to convince Avinash...See the movie to know the rest.
