The story begins with the picture of a happy family - three brothers Sujay, Ajay and Bijay. Sujay works in a factory, Ajay is aspiring to be an IPS officer and Bijay is looking for a job. Anjali is Sujay's wife. She takes good care of Ajay and Bijay. Bhuban Choudhury is the owner of Sujay's factory. One day an accident takes place and a labourer loses his hand. Sujay demands compensation for that from Bhuban who refuses. In protest Sujay calls a strike. On the other side Ajay loves Bhuban's daughter Swati and the couple tie the knot without Sujay's consent. Bhuban then instigates Ajay to leave the family. Swati quarrels with Anjali and Sujay and insults them. Ajay then leaves the house. Rahim, a close friend of Sujay's understands their pain. Bijay goes for an interview in a bank but just at that moment the bank is attacked by burglars. Bijay fights against them and saves everybody. He also saves a young lady Sharmila and the two eventually fall in love. The next day Colonel Bakshi, Sharmila`s father, comes to meet them and tells Bijay to join the army. Bhuban Choudhury brings false allegations against Sujay. Everyone misunderstands Sujay. One day Sujay witnesses the activities of an illegal business of drugs going on in their factory with Singh a notorious criminal being the main companion to Bhuban. Bhuban and Singh kidnap Sujay and kill him. Finally Bijay and Rahim decide to take retribution. They kill Bhuban Choudhury and his companions and then surrender themselves to the police.
