    Maharaja (Suresh Oberoi) and Ranvir (Kiran Kumar) want their Rama (Karisma Kapoor) under them as guardian. They gives her whatever she likes but she refuses their demand and does whatever she like to do. Ranvir is cruel to Durga (Reena Roy), who else gets pregnant from him disagrees his words in front of his elder brother maharaja. Durga gets angry and tells them that she will destroy them. Once Rama meets with an accident while boating. Ajay (Sunny Deol) sees her and falls in love with her at first sight. But Rama hates him. As both Maharaja and Ranvir wants Rama to get engaged with Roopesh (Mohnish Bahl) because he also is a rich person. Ajay fights with bull to get Rama in his favour and wins it. But, still Rama hates Ajay. Once maharaja decides Rama & Roopesh to go for Hunting at that time. Roopesh fells in love with another at that time. Rama was about to be raped by Roopesh's troops when Ajay rescues her and in this way she comes to know the real love of Ajay. Here Lala (Sadashiv Amrapurkar) is the main conductor of Maharaja & Ranvir. His son Ruppaiya (Laximikant Berde) is a good friend of Ajay. Durga tries to destroy Maharaja and Ranvir, as both of them were friends to harras Ajay. At the time of Ajay's sister's wedding Rama gives her golden neckless but at that time Ranvir sends police inspector Sharat Saxena and he is arrested for theft. Ajay being arrested meanwhile Ranvir and Maharaja harrass Ajay's mother. she commits suicide But Rama agrees with Ajay that she has never lied to him in court. Lala confesses to Ajay give him accidently kills both of them.
