It's not always about winning! It's not always about winning!

Anant is a strong willed, successful and determined basketball coach in Nagpur whose team has been an outright winner in the state. He has taught them only one thing, how to win! 'Winning' is his only goal.

Saeea, Anant's wife, is married to him since last eight years and always complaining of Anant being irresponsible at her. She accuses him of dedicating his time and life only to basketball, leaving her alone. Anant tells her blatantly that his commitment and responsibility can be seen in his team's consistent performance.

On one of such days, when Anant and Saeea have a routine argument, the heat rises up to a level where Anant commits her to take a break from basketball if he ever loses any tournament. And to his misfortune, his team loses in the finals of an ongoing tournament. Adamant being him, Anant decides to take a break from Basketball. But the argument doesn't stop there and frustrated Anant declares that he needs a break from Saeea as well. Saeea is stunned. But before she could understand anything, within a month, Anant plans his transfer in office and moves to Aurangabad.

In Aurangabad, he is away from both, basketball and Saeea. Anant starts working at routine office timings and finds life empty later in the evening. Ironically, he sees a dilapidated basketball court from the window next to his desk in office. Though abandoned, it makes him sulk every day. After a few days, for the first time, Anant sees some movement on the court. It was a group of boys playing football. Anant is delighted but the very second moment he realizes that he cannot be a part of it. He drops his head down in despair. Saeea is in constant contact over the phone but his depressed mood tells her how much he is missing basketball.

One fine day, Bhavna, Anant's colleague at basketball club in Nagpur, visits him. Expressing the cold war between them, she shows pity on Anant's condition. She laughs on him leaving Anant is furious. She tells him that, because of his own stupidity, he has left her a fine team and a lot of credit behind. Anant shows his real instincts and accepts a challenge of making a fine team out of nowhere. Bhavana leaves Aurangabaad and Anant heads towards the kids playing on the dilapidated court. He has a strong thought of making a good team out of them.

He shows them a few basketball tricks and the kids surrender to him. But soon, as he begins coaching and starts bringing in the hardships, children start react rebelliously. Anant starts getting frustrated as he sees his motive of making a good team out of them, hazing. But the rowdy kids don't pay heed to him. Anant gets even more frustrated.

Anant keeps his temper low and continues to try and win boys' hearts. But in the process, he learns a lot about life from them. The hardships that those boys go through in their routine lives, Anant learns that the life is so beautiful. And suddenly, Anant is experiences a change in his personality. The boys soon start coming to terms with him and start accepting his coaching positively. His attitude towards Saeea changes to a great deal and she realizes it too. Soon, Anant visits Saeea as a surprise. She finds Anant changed and bettered. Being extremely happy, she asks him to stay back with her. But changed Anant promises her that he will come back once he finishes his current work of making a worthy team out of those rowdy boys.
Soon, boys start playing well, with a good team spirit. The administrative people from that dilapidated court come back and discover this wonderful development. They promise Anant to support the team and they position the boys into a tournament.

In the tournament, Anant's rowdy boys show excellent performance to reach to the finals. Their journey has been through ups and downs but finally, they reach the finals of the tournament. Everyone who has come to watch the tournament is surprised by this naive team's performance. But winning the final is not easy. They are playing against mighty team of Nagpur, Anant's previous club. To Anant's luck, Bhavana is their coach.

    What happens in the final?

Does Anant's team win over the mighty Nagpurians who are outright champions all their life?

Can Anant keep his word and prove Bhavana that he can produce a fine team out of nowhere?

Does Anant still have the only thing in mind - Winning? Or he realises that Winning is not the only thing...
