Director Angshuman (Indraniel) has come all the way form Italy to Kolkata to make a documentary film. He wants to cast the legendary actor of Bengali films pradyot Mukherjee (Soumitra Chatterjee) and the glamorous actress Madhura Sen (Indrani Halder) in his film as central characters. Both the actor has their own dilemmas. Pradyot Mukherjee is fed up of doing irrelevant roles and considers his soul of artiest to be dead & had taken retirement. On the other hand Madhura Sen is disturbed in her personal life and hence can’t concentrate on her profession. Madhura has emotional attachment with Indraneel (Tota Roy Chowdhury), who is a male prostitute by profession. Angshuman convinces both Pradyot Mukherjee & Madhura Sen to work in his film. Both the artists start working in the film & discover themselves. On the other hand Madhura’s husband committed suicide and the investigation starts. The investigation officer Souriya Ray (Ananya Chatterjee) finds that it was actually not a suicide but a murder and ultimately finds the murderer. Now to know who is the murderer and how the artists overcome their inner-contradictions, its better to go & watch the film.
