Sameer(Gautam Rode) is involved in the murder of two policemen and joins the group of his friend Jimmy/Jay(Sunil Shetty), who works with his brother Raghav(Ashutosh Rana). Preety is their sister but she dislikes their underworld connection. She loves Sameer. There is also a don Iqbal(Sanjay Dutt). Bantya(Vinod Kambli) is Jimmy's friend but Raghav kills him on the orders of Dayal Bhai (Tinnu Anand). There is also a gang war between Afzal and Raghav. One day Preety comes to know that Sameer is actually a policeman and Iqbal favours him. Jimmy kills a family member of Afzal and Dayal demands that Raghav should kill Jimmy. Sameer and Iqbal unite to finish Dayal and Raghav gang.
