    Jhilik goes to the Darjeeling with Mita and other college girls on an excursion. There they meet Subhankar, Bhombalda and their friends. Subhankar takes Jhilik's bag. After returning to Kolkata Subhankar goes to Jhilik's house to return the bag. A love affairs starts between Jhilik and Subhankar. In the meanwhile, Subhankar is detected with brain tumour. Only Bhombalda knows this. A date is fixed up for the marriage between Jhilik and Subhankar. But Subhankar does not agree to this marriage because of his illness. Subhankar's twin brother Dipankar arrives in Kolkata. Jhilik insults him thinking him to be Subhankar. Bhombalda discloses the fact of Subhankar's brain tumour. Still Jhilik is adamant to marry Subhankar. Jhilik's maternal uncle Dr. Abhijit Choudhury is a famous neurologist. Subhankar is admitted in hospital. Subhankar runs away from the hospital. Jhilik gets upset. Dr. Choudhury requests Dipankar to play Subhankar. In the train Subhankar meets a noble doctor. He cures him in his nursing home. Subhankar returns home. Dipankar is ready to marry Jhilik posing as Subhankar but when he realises the change of circumstances, he sends Subhankar to marry Jhilik and returns to Delhi.
