Arman is a different kind of love story about Doctors and their professional life. Dr. Siddhartha Sinha(Mr. Bachchan) owns a hospital in an area where there is no dispensary or a clinic. He purposely built the hospital so that the villagers and the residents of that area can have medical help as soon as possible. But the land of that hospital was on lease and that too for only 30 years which was about to finish. Before any thing could happen, Dr. Siddhartha Sinha died while saving a child who had met with an accident. Dr. Siddhartha's son who was also an associate in that hospital decides to save the hospital. But to renew the lease, sufficient fund was not available and the problem became even bigger, when the banks refused to give loan on a short notice. Dr. Siddharth son, Dr. Akash (Anil Kapoor) was visibly tense. His girlfriend cum another associate of the hospital Dr. Neha Mathur (Gracy Singh) was giving full support to Dr. Akash. But on the other side, Miss Sonia Kapoor (Priety Zinta) had already fallen in love with Dr. Akash. Her father who is a business tycoon, Mr. Gulshan Kapoor(Randhir Kapoor) made a deal with Dr. Akash that he is ready to help the hospital in any matter, but only if he is ready to marry her daughter. Will Dr. Akash accept this deal? What will happen to his girlfriend Dr. Mathur? Will hospital be closed if Dr. Akash didn't accept the deal offered by Mr. Kapoor? Get the answers in this movie.
