Asambhav is the story of a spy, Capt Aditya Arya (Arjun Rampal) who is on an undercover mission to rescue the President of India (Mohan Agashe) and his daughter Kinjal (Dippanita Sharma) who are under Mabro's custody. Mabro, in return of money, plans to hand over the President to a Jehadi group headed by Yousan (Mukesh Rishi) and a Pakistani General Ansari (Milind Gunaji). The Jehadi's trade the Presidents life for Kashmir. To stop this calamity, Capt Arya is sent to Switzerland, where with the help of Bhatnagar he poses as a reporter and goes to interview the President. There he discloses his identity to the President secretly and the President gives him a clue about Mabros plans. Alisha (Priyanka Chopra) has been conned by Mr Dabral (Arif Zakaria) into signing a contract to perform at Switzerlands biggest discotheque owned by Sam Hans (Naseeruddin Shah), a drug dealer, who plans to peddle drugs to Yousan under Alisha's name. As the story unfolds, all the characters seem to be interconnected and Capt. Aditya kills all the terrorists one by one and teaches Sam Hans a lesson for interfering in his mission. Finally he rescues the President, his daughter and Alisha from Mabros and stops a calamity from coming over the nation's security.
