Yashvardhan (Jackie Shroff), a real estate agent is known for illegal works. His right hand Ajay (Arjun Kapoor)leaves no evidence after a job is done.
Unfortunately Ajay is captured by police department and his lookalike, Vishal is sent to Yashvardhan.
Vishal joins into the crew and become a police informer.
