Badal synopsis (Story)
The police are swarming the city looking for terrorists. One such terrorist is Mantavir (Aashish Vidyarthi), who takes shelter in Badal's house, with his family. In return he is treated like a brother by Badal's father (Alok Nath). However, the police eventually arrive in the village in search of Mantavir and Badal's father tells him to run away, giving him some food as well. Mantavir manages to escape. However, Badal (Bobby Deol) sees his own family and the villagers being wiped out in a shooting encounter with Police Inspector Jai Singh Rana (Ashutosh Rana). Badal is saved by ...

Nothing great! This film released in 2000 but looks like a 80's movie. The movie is inspired from Brad Pitt and Harrison Ford starrer The Devil's Own but the treatment is the same Hindi film style. The film also reminds us of Ajay's HAQEEQAT (1995). The movie starts off well but Ashutosh's characetr is treated in a too clichéd manner. Bobby's finding place in Amrish's house is too convenient.
