A little away from Calcutta there was "Ashram" of Brahmanda Brahmachari, "Anandamath". That day the members of the 'math' were honoring the poet Nabyendu Narayan. Nabyendu suddenly met his classmate Tarulata there. Nabyendu's mother wanted to make Tarulata, her daughter-in-law. But Tarulata was a Zamindar-daughter, whereas Nabyendu was from a poor family. But the wheel of fate turned towards Nabyendu. He received a huge fortune from his maternal uncle and went to Kambulitola. He married there. Then to fulfill his dream and ideology he established Mahajati Sadan there. After her father's death Tarulata came to Anandamath. The members of the "Math" named her "Maa Anandamoyee". Charan Gosain started to create difference of opinion between Nabyendu and his mother. On the inauguration day everybody from Ananda Math went to Mahajati Sadan. Tarulata also went. Nabyendu's mother insulted Tarulata there. Nabyendu heard everything and silently left his own home. Nabyendu could not forget his mother. His mother requested Tarulata to give her company to bring Nabyendu back home. Nabyendu though got back his mother he had little time left. Nabyendu died but his ideology remained and it was pronounced in thousand voices after his death- Bande Mataram.
