Kundan (Suniel Shetty) is a decent road-man who lives with his younger brother Krishna (Kunal Khemu) in a rented house, and on the road. They move from one city to another because Kundan was fighting a court-case, Against David the Don (Ashish Vidyarthi). Krishna is a witness to Kundan, and that is why he came along with him. Kundan asks his old friend Meenu (Sonali Bendre) if she can admission Krishna in a school so he can learn stuff, and be a educated man. One day David finds out that Krishna is a witness to Kundan. Then when Kundan goes to pick up Krishna from school, David's man, kidnap Krishna before Kundan got there. Kundan saw them do it and he runs after them. Unfortunately those people were in a car, and got away. Kundan could not stop crying because he knew that they were going to kill Krishna, then Kundan remembered a shortcut, which he thought gets in the way of the people who kidnaped him. He was right, he took the shortcut and came right in front of their car, then they ran over Kundan, but the thought that they will Kill Krishna, he got back on his feet and started running again. While he is running, David's man, Get a gun, shoot Krishna on the head, and throw him out the car. Ages after that, Kundan finds Krishna's body lying on the road, he picks him up and starts crying, then goes home and tells everyone about the attack, so Meenu gets a inspector and lawyer, Lalit (Kader Khan) to help him solve the case.
