Kangsha comes to know that Ugrasen is not his father and that he is actually demon Drumil's son. The demon applying his magical powers came to queen Uadmabati in disguise of king ugrasen and thereafter Kangsha was born. An angry Kangsha puts Ugrasen in prison. He becomes frantic and anti-Lord Narayan. Because of Kangsha's torture the people of Mathura revolted against him. The leader of this revolution is Basudeb, would be husband of Kangsha's sister Debaki. Realising the adversity Kangsha quickly arranges for their marriage. But on the day of marriage there is a prophecy that the eighth child of Debaki will kill Kangsha. Then the story reveals the birth of lord Krishna and his childhood. Demons like Aghasur, Arishtasur and ultimately Putna was killed by Krishna. Then Kangsha realised actually who Krishna was. Kangsha wanted to kill Krishna, one of the incarnations of lord Vishnu. He organised a bow- sacrifice. The news of this bow- sacrifice was delivered to Krishna by Akrur while he was busy with the gopi's. The climax of the film is how Kangsha ultimately surrenders to the Lord and becomes once again a faithful devotee.
