    Byomkesh Bakshi is Back!!

I hope u guys are aware of this famous serial? I know you are a movie lover but then to I am sure you must be aware of Rajit Kapur’s famous serial “Byomkesh Bakshi” that was coming at Doordarshan long back, when I was in school. I was very fond and attracted to this serial, still my one of the mine favourite DD Channel serial. Was not missing even a single episode. It was a suspense and CID type of serial and Rajit Kapur was the famous detective in his small village.

In this film he plays the character of a very famous lawyer which is also a very passionate in detective. A girl name Shalini (Pooja Kanwal) was murdered and the main suspect was Kevin (Aham Sharma), his ex-boyfriend who never met her since 8yrs. Besides him many others were also suspected like Aditya Mehra (Siddhanth Karnick) who was an Engineer student and was having an affair with Shailini, Anurag Dixit (Harsh Chhaya) who was pilot, married man, brother of the Commissioner, and also was having an extra-marital affair with her, and last but not the least Hari (Asheesh Kapur) who was the son of the landlord in which Shalini was renting, he was a drug addict and was actually stealing things from her house.

Before her murder these four persons had actually entered her house. But the prime suspect was Kevin as he was found near her body. Kevin explained that he is innocent and also the Commissioner felt that way, so he came to Nilesh (Rajit Kapur) to investigate this. Now Byomkesh Makshi is back to in business.

A good suspense film which is interestingly watchable after the interval. A very good performance by the new comer Kevin; and ofcourse a no doubt in the performance given by Rajit Kapur. Rest all were good as per their role. Music was Ok, Editing was good, Cinematography and other things were also upto the mark.

Overall, this movie is a purely watchable for all those people, who loves to watch any kind of suspense film. I would rate a good for one time watch suspense film.

    Rating: 3/5
