Box No. 1313 is marriage advertisement published in a local newspaper by Sushin Mukul Chatterjee and his spouse Madhu Chatterjee for their only son Joydip Chatterjee. Joydip is a renowned anchor of a familiar reality show named Murgi where he fools people as a con man. Though Joydip possess a pack of attractive female peers, he never chose to date any one of them. His closest peer was Saranya aka Buri, who is seen flying of to the states after marrying a NRI. Meanwhile two incidents simultaneously occurs with the Chatterjees’. A group of imposters named Maharaja.com, conspiring of three seductive gals and an old nerd attempt to fool the Chatterjees’ by emphasizing that they are here to marry off Joydip. Joydip on the other hand accidentally meets the ravishing Raima, an air hostess moving off to USA within three days. But all plans turn topsy turvy as the cupid strikes at 1st glance. The two roam around the city all day. Raima asks Joydip to ask five questions to find out what Raima’s thinking. Joydip fails to get what Raima’s thinking. He prays Raima not to move abroad. Raima gives Joydip 10 questions, 3 days and 6 hours to unravel what she’s thinking. In this mission Joydip finds an ally in co-presenter Biswanath.
Joydip asks each question and concludes different answers but each time finds himself on the wrong side of the ally. After asking 8 questions and failing repeatedly, Joydip and Biswanath decide on taking public opinion. They fail. Finally at the airport Joydip proposes Raima for marrying him, but she leaves him as Joydip fails to answer the question or find the answers. The answer was love. A dejected Joydip discovers a pale faced Saranya back from USA after being assaulted by her husband. Joydip proposes Saranya to marry her but she refuses. The Maharaja.com crooks rob the Chatterjees’ after gagging Madhu. At the end the audience discovers that the whole film was a camouflaged show from the Mrugi crew where all the characters were actually fooling the audience as if a film was going on.
