The story begins with Rajib, a wealthy businessman being shown very close to Raj.They are bosom buddies and are brought up by Rajib’s elder sister. Neither of them have parents. They are closer to each other than what own brothers can hope to be.Raj meets Puja and falls in love. Unfortunately she also becomes the object of affection of Rabi who decides to forgo his love for Puja.Raj gets falsely convicted on the charges of murdering Rabi, a bar girl though he doesn’t commit the crime. In the court, he is called a murderer and he is sent to jail.ACP Akbar Ali Khan comes into the picture. He is thoroughly convinced that Raj can’t commit any crime as he knew Raj from before hand and knew Raj wasn’t capable of hurting a fly. He starts investigating the case and opens a can of worms where everyone starting from the cop at the local thana to the both the counsels are involved. The ring leader? None other than Rabi who had bought everyone with money as he was obsessed with Puja and he wanted Raj to be away from her.His last attempt at desperately trying to get married to Puja is prevented by the ACP when he lands up there with Raj and everyone comes to know the truth.Rabi kills himself
