  There was a long discussion at the ticket counter on whether the show will get cancelled or not. It seemed me and my better half were the only ones interested in watching the 11 pm show. In case you are wondering why bother, let me tell you we are quite a movie buff and have a track record of entering a near empty halls. In front of us was a movie that boasted of 4 actors who generally choose their roles. A poster which reflects a genre that in general gets good reviews from the critics.   With the rise of Parallel Cinema’s in 70’s, We witnessed some fine actors like Naseerudin Shah, Om Puri, Smita Patil, Shabhana Azmi, Farooq Sheikh, Amol Palekar, Deepti Naval and many more. These Actors excelled the actor’s caliber to another level and became an institution in themselves. Slowly they started moving towards commercial cinema and that’s where most of them started failing.
