Karan Menon ( Kay Kay ) is a secret service agent . One day he is given the responsibility of joining the gang of the reputed underworld gangster Shastri (Vallabh Vyas) and winning his faith. Karan does not face any problem initially. However he is in a serious fix when he falls for Padmini (Jaya Sheel), the younger daughter of Shastri's assistant Girish (Prashant Narayan). Karan now begins to look at the whole scenario from the other side of the law and tries to convince his department about the same. However his department misunderstands his intentions & develops an opinion that he is now a part of their gang. On the other hand, Shastri & company realise the truth about Karan. Now what will Karan do? Where will he get shelter ? Who will rescue him?
