Chhutanki revolves around the story of a young orphan boy who has gained training under the likes of Bal Guru Akhand Dev, the trainer of superheroes. Like Dhronacharya was to Aarjuna, Guru Akhand Dev is to Chhutanki. His childhood was indeed an intriguing one but under Guru Akhand Dev, Chhutanki learns to focus his energy and power on the greater good and helping the ones in need.

Enter the LIVE conniving villain, Takla Baba (Puneet Issar), a devilish villain with an equally lethal persona. Takla Baba is the master of all magical powers and is the head of the evil forces. He has his own malevolent plan which he plans to execute with his live sidekick Surili (Upasna Singh) and with the assistance of his animated goons Saand, Dragon and Crocodile. He plans to rule the world by creating a powerful clone force. To execute his master plan he needs a powerful weapon. For this mega weapon he seeks something very precious in Chhutanki.

Will the world fall on the mercy of the evil Takla Baba? Or will our newest superhero win against all odds??

This 3D animation delight, Chhutanki is a film by Astute Media Vision. Astute Media Vision's previous films like Bal Hauman, Bal Hanuman 2, Bal Ganesh, Bal Ganesh 2, Pangaa Gang were remarkably popular among kids.
