The film starts with big such of people trying to get inside the theatre for the film through ticket or black ticket or any way. Various type of people have come to watch the film, some are friends , some with parents, some with girlfriends, some with family while some old aged people too. All have their own way of experiencein the film, whether situntly or remarking the dialogues of the film or remarking anyone else in the audience itselkf. The film they see is a documentary of cinema's exstence through the 20th centure with silent films, how they were used and how were they understood. Then, with the urge of preedom started the existence of voice films with alam aara. Amitabh bacchan , hema malini, darmendra and zeenat aman all gie out some interesting facts about the indian cinema during the british rule and after the independence. Various clips are shown from many dilms, some of them are quite famous clips. Various emotional scenes, temple scenes, and reaction of the audience towards their favourite stars when the appear on the screen row they tilt towards them . Many well known songs are also shown from various films. Overall, the film deals with all the aspects indian cinema has went through wheter it isin terms of filmmaking or the likes of the filmmakers or the struggle of indian cinema, all this and cat more is provided in the film.
