    Dabangg is an upcoming Hindi action film which is directed by Abhinav Kashyap and produced by Arbaaz Khan, Mallika Arora Khan and Dhillin Mehta.It is the first film of Arbaaz Khan productions. The lead actors in the film include Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha who is the daughter of bihari babu Shatrughan Sinha. The film marks the debut of Sonakshi as an actoress. The film also features Om Puri, Dimple Kapadia, Vinod Khanna, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arbaaz Khan, and Mahie Gill in supporting roles while Sonu Sood plys the role of villan. The movie is set in Laalgurj, Uttar Pradesh. Dabangg is a story of Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan)who is a fearless but currupt police officer.He had very bitter childhood. His father passed away when he was very young after which his mother role played by Dimple Kapadia married Vinod Khanna.Sonakshi Sinha with her unique thought regarding life enters his world and changes his life . Chulbul starts to see life more positively and also gets sensitized to the value of a family.
