Raja (Anil Kapoor) is a small time crook who sells railway tickets in the black market with his friend Gafoor (Johnny Lever) in the Amirpur railway station. He is tired of making small money and dreams of becoming rich with the help of Police Inspector Matre (Avtar Gill). They rob the railway treasury of Rs. 25 Lakhs. Raja and Gafoor cheat Matre and go off to Bombay. At the Bombay airport, Raja sees Dr.Neha (Juhi Chawla) and falls in love with her at first sight. They find out that she is a psychiatrist. Gafoor acts as a psychiatric patient and Raja introduces himself as Rajkumar from the US. In the meanwhile Bunnoo (Govinda) who is afraid of heights, fire, running and water visits Dr. Neha for treatment. Bunnoo, who is the son of wealthy businessman (Anupam Kher) also falls in love with Dr. Neha who soon leaves for Ooty to attend her uncle (Shakti Kapoor)'s wedding. Raja and Bunnoo also follow her to Ooty and try to woo her. Dr Neha is friendly with both of them. When Gafoor feels that Bunnoo is getting close to Dr. Neha, he tries to kill Bunnoo. Bunnoo also contacts contract killer Pappu Pager (Satish Kaushik) to kill Raja. However the plan fails. One day Neha rings up both Raja and Bbunnoo and tells them to come to the marriage court with a ring and a garland as she wants to get married. They are both thrilled. Both of them reach the court. But with whom will Neha tie the knot? This is the biggest suspense...
