      Amit Trivedi, who has earlier composed for Aamir gets his biggest break till date as he is allowed full creative freedom sans any boundaries for his original soundtrack of Dev D. The man certainly makes full use of the opportunity meted out to him and goes all out in getting a totally unexpected score for the film in place.       All three A’s pack a punch in Dev D but here I’m buzzing on one the very fresh and coming of age MD Amit Trivedi. Ask me if AR in on the globe in his run for the Oscar then this has one-fourth share of his cake(pun-unintended) in the quest for fame.

      Definitely the 'baap of all genres'..Anurag Kashyap is associated with the word ‘different’ and the soundtrack doesn’t disappoint.
      Its not an ordinary soundtrack that you can ignore. The album comes with 18 tracks with different genres. Music composed by Amit Trivedi..not a familiar name in Indian music but he has earlier given us the interesting soundtrack of Aamir, besides scores of ad jingles.
