Taara (Govinda) and Sitaara (Sanjay Dutt), two well known thieves in the city have robbed various people by getting belief and charge all things of house. Ram Singh (Jackie Shroff) military officer has charge of border of city where has locked the famous terrorist Panther (Gulshan Grover) and searching for his brother Cobra (Ashish Vidyarthi). Taara-Sitaara made help to Ram Singh’s family and settled in Ram Singh's house. But Cobra kidnaps their mother (Himani Shivpuri). How will they rescue her?
