  Hi Friends - Its Valentine Time...Karan Johar always wanted the Valentine week for this 'SHORT TERM SHAADI' turned 'EK MAIN AUR EKK TU' release. But Aamir told 'Stand By Me' as he Pre-booked this date for his 'TALAASH'. But as luck is in favour of Karan...TALAASH got postponed and Karan got his dream release.
  We the movie "LOVERS", also prefer a Mushy Romantic movie over an Action Thriller during this Lovey Dovey Season.

  There are two types of Romantic films, one which talks about pain, true love, drama, bonding, etc and another where its love which happens in fun way. Films made on the first theme mostly are classics or duds, but films made on the latter theme at least makes you get the worth of your ticket money and sometimes popcorn too. They are full of peppiness, good humor, fresh chemistry, nice locations, decent music, etc. Haste khelte Love ho jaata hai, is the motto of such films.   “EMAET” is coming of age mainstream Hindi Movie. The story revolves around Rahul Kapoor (Imran Khan) a mama’s boy, whose parents played by Ratna Pathak Shah & Boman Irani dictate his life till he has a chance meeting with Rihana Braganza (Kareena Kapoor) in Vegas and in a drunken stupor gets married to her post which how his life changes forms the crux of the story.

  Refreshing. Worth a watch for the honest performance of Imran Khan and some gentle soulful music tracks, along with the peppy 'Auntiji'. Thank God for the not-typical ending. Kareena looks old but then the energy and joie-de vivre of her character was infectious. Boman and Ratna play their roles well - in fact reminds you of the Mom-Son pairing in JTYJN (which was opposite!) » read more

  The film's idea is inspired from jeetndra-rameshwari's old film SHARADA directed by lekh tandon. Now we shall talk about ek main aue ekk tu by putting extra k it doesnot eman teh film will clicked it will earn profit but marginally it is not a worth a second watch. The film highlight is kareena's father who acts well, boman is wasted, ratna pathak is wasted too, kareena overacts, imran no expression at all. direction was okay many NG shots.
