11 October : Birthday of Amitabh (Vijay) Bachhan

Description: A lanky young aspirant of "Saat Hidusthani" was simply "Ek Aajnabi" in Indian cine-dom. "Roti Kapda Makan" was not of easy availability. So he had to break the "Zanjeer" of the conventional chocolate-cream hero image and trode along "Agneepath". He erected "Dewaar" to isolate himself from the "Trishul" of the Kapoor-Kumar-Khanna. He became "Bemisal"figure in the industry. He developed "Abhiman" in politics and found his "Manzil" back to films. He moulded himself with "Waqt" and proved that he is the unchallenged "Sarkar".
October 11 is the gala birth anniversery of the "Last Lear".So, let the Nation shower best wishes to the best "Bagwaan.
1969 to 2009--a journey of forty years in films, and we wish, the "Akhri Rasta" must not end before he turns centenarian.
