    Naashta Kiya…Breakfast!!!

Debutant director Kunal Vijyakar surely attempted well in his direction, but I am just figuring out who was the screenplay writer? Sharad Kataria! The one who had written dialogues of the famous hilarious movie called “Bheja Fry”. Still not believing that the person who was in part of the “Bheja Fry” team can make such stupid film, not even stupid otherwise the word “Stupid” will feel bad. And more to that, the ever talented known guys wasted their time and energy in this film. This proves that, just give their said money and they will work on any crap scripts.

The story is about a man called “Jolly Maker” (Cyrus) who is a nut and has been fired many-a-times wherever he tried his best to work somewhere. He was having no money, no brain, and at the last he was thrown out from his house for not paying rent. On the other side, Khandar (Mahesh Manjrekar) was the Chairman of the Bombay Heritage and Diya Mirza was her architect. Jolly was also working under Khandar. Now Diya was being kidnapped by another crack fellow Bomen Irani who was formerly known as “Maharaja Harry Holkar”. He believed that under the ground of the Mantralaya, his old ancestor’s palace is being hidden and so he wanted to blast the Mantralaya. As Mahesh Manjrekar was the Chairman of the Bombay Heritage so he would probably having the underground architect plan paper. So later he was also kidnapped with Diya. But because of some mis-confusion Diya was escaped by the great Jolly maker. And on this side, Mahesh Manjrekar became the bad man and joined the hands with Maharaja Harry Holkar for blasting the Mantralaya. Mr.Pinakin (Rajit Kapoor), a chemistry professor of some college is also now in the part of this bad mission as he was making the bomb. In the climax, because of the nut behavior of the Jolly Maker every bad guys were behind the bars.

Till mid half I would rate this movie 2.5 / 5. As there are many scenes which will make you laugh, Cyrus opening umbrella, Cyrus peeing in the office, Cyrus sitting on the fractured leg, and so on. Also till mid half each and every performance were good and up to the average. Cyrus was awesome and rest all were good. But after the mid half, every character was behaving really like a character. Everybody was “A Nut”. Not only those who are working on the screen, but also the people from off the screen. It was looking like the script was written by some mental retarded person. The great talented actors are acting like as if they must have drunk full night. From the entire Filmography of Diya Mirza, this is the only film I would say that she was the only good performer from all the rest “Character’s”.

    Rating: Till mid half – 2.5/5 & After mid half – 0.5/5

    Total: 1 / 5
