    Agniprabha is a doctor and a woman everyone looks up to in the town of Bolpur. A very strong woman, she always teaches the rogues a lesson. Sanjay, a civil engineer who had come for a damn building project, falls in love with Agniprabha because of her strong character. His father asks for a huge amount of dowry from Agniprabha's father, but Agniprabha persuades her would be father-in-law to do a way with the dowry. Agniprabha enters the family. The eldest brother of the family is unmarried, while Sanjay is the youngest brother. There are three other married brothers, who are contemptuous of Agniprabha because she has entered without paying dowry. Meanwhile, Ranjan, the third brother plans to sell off their factory. This brother tries to run the factory at a loss so that his father sells it off. But after discussion his father gives the factory's responsibility to Agniprabha. Meanwhile Agniprabha had won the hearts of the brothers wife when she cured their daughter. She learns about the malpractices in the family and factory. The youngest brother tries to foil this; Ranjan tries to molest the youngest sister. But Agniprabha and the eldest brother foil this. Later, when Sanjay leaves for work, Ranjan kidnaps Agniprabha and tries to molest her. Meanwhile the youngest brother plants a bomb in Sanjays car, but Sanjay and his father are rescued bu Agniprabha's call. The youngest brother learns his mistakes and rescues his brother, Sanjay and father. He is finally forgiven by his father, on the suggestion of Agniprabha.
