There is Manor in Dalhousie. A property broker's son Rehan (Chakraborty) wants to have a deal with the client. The Glen Manor is worth Rs 400 crores. This Stanford Graduate (MBA) wants to know the past of this Manor. Nobody tells him till he hears the shrieks in the dead of the night.
Circa 1936...Meera (Twinkle) was a piano student. Her Piano professor Iyer (Arif Zakaria)attempts to rape her. In this process she hits him with a heavy iron candle stand and he succumbs. He doesn't die but becomes a ghoul. He appears with no pupils in his eyeballs at her bedside several times.
He captures Meera's spirit and doesnot let her spirit achieve salvation. This continues till 2011. The director has calculated this as 80 years. (My quant is weak).
As suggested by a sufi saint, Rehan synchronises her pain with his feelings and enters 1936.
He tries to change the story by entering at the point where the teacher had attemmpted rape. Then the tale goes on as usual with the professor trying to kill him. Meanwhile Rehan falls in love with Meera. (25 year old falling for a 90 year old).
He remeets the Sufi saint in 1936 who tells him a way out by giving a locket purified with sacred water. The locket falls in a well and out of reach by a finger while the evil professor's spirit tries to kill them.
But after a lot of fighting and hysteria the evil spirit falls in the well and dies liberating Meera. Rehan also falls in the well to return in 2011 bewildered with blood stains.
The Glen Manor is now free. He finds a letter written by Meera in the past (1936) about his future (2011). She narrates that she lived in the manor. She also tells him she married a guy called Rajesh and she had a son whom she named Rehan.
