Anil Kumar a smart and handsome thief works for Natwarlal and he wants to collect money for his sister's eye treatment. Natwarlal hands Anil Kumar an assignment of Shailendra Singh. Anil Kumar grabs a necklace from Kamini worth Rs.5 lakhs. Kamini suffered from nymphomania. By winning Kamini's trust he gets information of Shailendra but while doing all this he falls in love with Neetu, Shailendr'as daughter. Kamini tries to get closer and closer to Anil but she fails everytime and finally she puts the blame of Shailendra's murder on him. Kamini kidnaps Anil's sister and sets other traps for him but very soon she realises her guilt and takes her own life. She donates her eyes to Anil's sister. Anil and Neetu tie the knot.
