    Satyajit Ray’s “Hirak Rajar Deshe” released on 19th December, 1980. Materially, it was a sequel of “Goopi Gyne Bagha Byne”. But from the heart & philosophy, “Hirak Rajar Deshe” was a brilliant portrayal of political symbolism. Nevertheless the voyeur may discover tinges of Italian neo-realism in the climax of the film too. The sets, art direction, camera & Ray’s screenplay all had been outstanding.
