Govinda (Nana Patekar) is a simple, humble and loving truck tycoon and he is a self made millionaire. He started his life as a truck driver and prefers to remain connected to his roots. Inspite of owning Mercedes, he prefers to travel in his truck. He also loves his wife Ria (Rimi Sen) a lot. He believes love is all that matters in life.

He saves the life of a heartbroken disillusioned young photographer Ajay (Muzammil Ibrahim), who is trying to commit suicide on learning that the love of his life Ria is already married, Govinda shares his life's philosophy with him.

Govinda convinces Ajay that if the girl also loves him, the only solution for Ajay is to kill the girl's husband, and Govinda chalks out a plan for him.

However, the interesting part of the story is that...Ajay is in love with who else, but Govinda's wife herself.

Rocky enters the picture, and looks like Ajay. He has a girlfriend of his own. Add to this uncle Balram, brother Champak and a few more characters who also want to kill Govinda. Irony is that the master brain hatching the murder is Govinda himself.

Will Govinda succeed in killing himself? Will Ajay get the love of his life? And what about Ria, who will she choose? Who is Vijay and will he clear the confusion in the story? Lots of questions to be answered in this hilarious flick.
