Insaaf- The Final Justice once more walks along the lines of good finally triumphing over evil. It also exposes through the impeccable acting of Paresh Rawal(Chimanbhai) the dark world of gangsters and the corrupt police force that is often hand-in-glove with them.
Chimanbhai kills a certain gangster Shah for which Janardhan who was in jail decides to take revenge on Chimanbhai. However, Chimanbhai succeeds in eliminating even Janardhan from his path.
The murder was witnessed by a group of school children and their teacher who were enjoying a picnic in the vicinity. In order to play safe, Chimanbhai killed the children and their teacher too. The teacher was Arti, inspector Vikram Singh’s sister.
The responsibility of tracking down the evil-doers now rested with Vikram. Before it was too late he realized that a couple of members from the police force owed allegiance to Chimanbhai. Moreover they had the support of a minister who used to visit the children of the same school.
Vikram took the help of his friend Divya to track down the perpetrators of the crime. Divya masqueraded as the dead Arti and together they followed up on the criminals.
The film is called Insaaf- The Final Justice because Chimanbhai was crushed to death under the wheels of a bus belonging to the same school whose children he had murdered so heinously. Nemesis finally prevailed.
