Utltimately, due to some peculiar circumstances he managed to get shelter in Mohans home who was one of the kind and decent men of the village. . There lived in the village two brothers by name Dhanraj and Hansraj. Hansraj was a poor kind man having a son and a daughter. Dhanraj his younger brother was a heartless money lender. He used to harras his debtors too much. Dilips father was also his victim. Being unable to liquidate his debts he went out of his home to escape the sight of his creditor. . Dilip was wandering in every nook and corner in search of his father and sister but in vain. In the process of his search of his father, by chance, he met Shanti a beatiful and well mannered girl. Gradually their acquaintance developed into fast friendship and ultimately resulted in their love. . Dhanrajs son Prakash was a loafter having all sorts of vices. He was squandering his miserly fathers money in the house of Champa who was a famous dancer. He was jealous of Dilip who was in love with Shanti, Due to this reason Dilip and Mohan had to fight with Praksh and his gang several times. . Dhanraj took his son Prakash to task for his bad conduct and turned him out of the house. Dejected Prakash came to Champa and learnt the secrets as to the real story of Dhanraj. . Scheming Dhanraj was trying to marry Shanti whose mother was also a victim of Dhanrajs credits. On seeing mothers plight Shanti reluct- antly agreed to marry Dhanraj, since there was no other alternative to save the situatin.
