At last! the must awaited music of jannat 2 movie is out now.
Expectations-When we know emraan haashmi and bhatt camp is working together, the music is definately to watch out for,specially with the assumptions that this movie is sequel to jannat, whose music was really something.
"Tu hi mera"-this song was released early as a promo and a single one.Pritam tries different using Shafqat amanat ali who does best to make this song soothing and charming.A nice track with some good lyrics,could have been better.
"Tera Deedar hua"-Rahat fateh ali khan is back in groove with a sufi track,a typical pritam composition.Another nice track of the album.
"Tujhe sochta hoon"-Mood changes from a sufi track to soft now.Much expected from this track as kk returns with 'tujhe sochta hoon',however,not much like the caliber of 'zara si', but still keeps you interested.
this track will get better and better as you listen it more and more.
"Rab ka Shukrana"-The rockstar voice is back -mohit chauhan comes with a another soft track.this song will take you to 90's.Like a kumar sanu's track.
"Jannatein Jahan"-KK returns back with a bang,this song is deinitely to watch out for awesome music and much like the people demand.Best so far-a rocking track that will take you higher.
"Sang hoon tere"-Mood swings again from rocking to soft .Same as "tujhe sochta hun" sung by KK , Nikhil Dsouza does his job fine with some english lyrics.But KK version is better.
"Jannatein Jahan-Power Ballad"- Now comes something similar to the Jannat composition tracks.A power ballad.Not much to look for.Original one is again good.
"Tera Deedar hua-from the heart"-Similar to
track sung by rahat, javed ali mesmerizes this track with his sweet voice.Both tracks are nice.
"Rab ka Shukrana-reprise"-pritam tries Anupam Amod's voice for a reprise of mohit chauhan's original version.Not a bad attempt.
Overall-Jannat 2 definately proves to be album to be waited for.Pritam delivers his best and make you to choose between the singers-whose the best?
