To teach a lesson to Superintendent of Dharampur State Hospital for negligience of duties, for not providing medical aid to poor villagers. Since in collusion with the doctors of the local nursing home, the Super used to compel the villagers to go to the nursing home & the doctors of nursing home used to demand huge money from the poor villagers & the money was ultimately distributed amongst the Super & doctors - this was the racket. Dr.Subhankar Sanyal joined as a senior doctor in the said state hospital. For this action, nursing home business came to a stand still, because he cured various irrecoverable diseases with great care & gained the faith of the poor villagers there & for that the poor villagers did not want to go to nursing home since they got better treatment in State Hospital & that too free. Being obstructed by Dr.Subhankar Sanyal to gain illegal money from nursing home, doctors of the nursing home tried to transfer him & by bribing the C.A to minister, managed to obtain transfer order of Dr.Subhankar Sanyal . But due to interference of the ex-minister of the vllage & for the enormous love of poor people , the transfer order was again cancelled & ultimately all the rivals bowed down before the honest deligent & beloved doctor.
