Kaal is a hardcore movie about the nexus of woman trafficking. 4 girls are abducted in 4 verious ways by the local middleman Ratan (Rudranil Ghosh). They are assembled at a remote place on the border of the village. The girls departed to Kolkatta by 4 various roots with 4 various agents. On arriving, they are taken to the business head quarter. Ratan takes his payment from the boss pf the racket, who is a woman. Ranidi (the boss, played by Sandhya Shetty) grooms the depressed & supressed girls & gives them a complete make over within challenging time. The movie depicts the corruption associated with their entire business. The girls acept the fact that money is bigger than sunshine & sweeter than honey. They forget their miserable past. They get inclined towards making more money & buying more fun. They understand that survingin this treacherous world is not possible by love, honesty & humanity. Hence they let themselves drain away in the world of consuming & comsumption. The girls are shown travelling to the top hotels in Kolkata. The middleman Ratan is shown trying to go Singapore. The village police inspector & the other partners in the game( the indian millitory) continue to operate. The movie concludes on a negative role. It depicts the basic reality. How simple girls from villages all over India are being stolen, sold & used to in the open market of sex & lust in metropolitan cities. The movie shows a never ending owomen oppression & decay of human values.
