Khatarnaak is based on a child who becomes a Don when he growsup. Dabariya and Jonpuria are big underworld Dons and his enemy Suraj is Dabariya's assistant. Anita Raj works with Suraj and falls in love with him. Jonpuria's men attack Suraj in the club. The police come and arrest Suraj. Dr. Sangeeta comes to see the prisoners every month and tries to help them. There she meets Suraj. She tries to convince Suraj to leave the bad world. But Suraj refuses. Suraj comes out of jail and Jonpuria asks Suraj to work with him but he refuses. Mr. Kothari is an advocate. His son Yogesh gets attracted towards Anita. Anita takes him to Dabariya's club. There Yogesh sees that Anita loves Suraj and he gets jealous. Everyday he goes there only to see Anita. Advocate Kothari requests Sangeeta to get married to his son Yogesh. Sangeeta and Yogesh get married but on the first night of their marriage Yogesh takes away all the jewellery and plays cards with Suraj, but Yogesh loses and takes his own life. Suraj comes to know that Sangeeta has become a widow. Seeing this Suraj leaves the bad world and tries to transform himself. Sangeeta comes to know that Suraj is the man who had played cards with her husband. She calls Suraj and slaps him. Dabariya orders his men to kill Suraj. To take revenge on Dabariya, Suraj goes and shakes hands with Jonpuria. Anita dies while saving Suraj from Dabariya's gun. Suraj shoots Dabariya. To release Sangeeta from Jonpuria, he fights. The police comes and arrests them both. Everything goes well. Sangeeta feels happy and gives her hand to Suraj.
