1. KIDNAP was made, me thinks, when the director and the writer were taking a long nap. What could have been a sleek thriller has been turned into a wannabe tear-jerker.
(i) Why did Vidya Malavde have to speak so many English dialogues?
(ii) Why did She have to play Minisha's mom in the first place?
(iii) Do Indian actors who make wonderful debuts have to compulsorily sign crap movies thereon? e.g. Kumar Gaurav, Aamir Khan, Sunny Deol, ....
(iv) How could Sanjay Dutt chase a train with his bike on railway tracks? Was the bike too fast or the train too slow?
(v) Did the costume designer borrow the rags from the store room of NEAL & NIKKI for Minisha?
(vi) When will Hindi films stop unnecessary songs at unwanted places in the movie?
(vii) When Minisha wants to take a bath, Imran takes her to beaches and then waterfalls. A beach and a nearby high mountain with waterfall. IS this geographically possible?
(viii) So now we know that Dhoom and Dhoom 2 ran just on the steam of their stars and the oomph quotient. Does Sanjay Gadhvi actually know how to make a good film?
