Frankly Speaking, 'Kyaa Kool Hain Hum' is one of the funniest movies I've seen in ages. Filled with adult double-meaning humor, ludicrous one-liners and wacky incidents, Kyaa Kool Hain Hum is also one of the most successful movies under Balaji Production. And it's an undeniable fact that Veg humor stands no chance in front of Non-Veg humor in terms of amuse. KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM abides by that rule and gives you non-stop laughter for two and a half hours.
'KYAA KOOL HAIN HUM' was first of the kind where insane comedy revolves around serial killer mystery. But 'mystery' was there only for name as erroneous activities lead to bizarre consequences and laughter was the only expression in the faces of the viewers. 'MASTI' was another sex-comedy which people saw and did nothing except bursting out into laughter. 'APNA SAPNA MONEY MONEY', even being a light-hear comedy had some adult dialogues and situations which added huge smiles to the faces of the viewers. And at last came the 'baap' of the all, DELHI BELLY. Filled with obscene slang and incidents, Delhi Belly was the kind of movie that one can't even dare to think about watching with family. Keep aside all these facts, Delhi Belly was insanely funny, enjoyable and one of the funniest movie in ages. These Hindi movies are the 'American Pie' and 'Hangover's of Bollywood.
But KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM is witty, wicked, spicy and scandalous at same time. Without any use of bad languages, the dialogues are so skillfully written that they are heavily obscene and bawdy but unobjectionable. Some one-liners are impossible to forget, like "Apna Impression 'Macho'de", "We should look for the most happening Dix(dicks) (mistaken with discs) in town", "Fakar(Fu*ker) hain mujhe ispe", "Kaunsa pair(leg) yeh mat poochna", "Is wall pe Pishaab Karna Mana hai", "I'm vet(wet)", "Rose (Roz) mary (Meri) Marlo" and more and more like these. As it had acknowledged in trailers that this movie was not in those categories in which movies used to united families, I would also recommend to not let Kids watch this movie and don't even imagine to watch this movie with your respective elders. But watch this movie for sure if you want to have laughs of your lifetime.
The Story Revolves around two friends Sid (Riteish Deshmukh) & Adi (Tusshar Kapoor). Sid, a struggling DJ every time misses good opportunities and Adi, an aspiring actor never gets chance in movies and has to do tacky advertisements. They set out for Goa to try their luck and get tangled in weird and wacky situation just to add to the misery.
So, we can see that KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM relies on a paper-thin plot but the insane comic elements in the plot work so good that the clichés and tackiness become totally negotiable. Though Sangeeth Sivan directed 'Kyaa Kool Hain Hum', Sachin Yardi was the man behind nearly everything of that movie. Story, Dialogues and Screenplay were written by Sachin in the prequel and so is it in its sequel. This time he even directs it in a neat-handed way. Though Sachin Yardi's previous direction 'C Kkompany' was a major letdown after 'Kyaa Kool Hain Hum', this time he doesn't disappoint at all. All of the one-liners and jokes work big time and there are very few which can be negotiable. Sachin's youth-striking concept, raunchy script and madcap dialogues abolish the absence of maturity in story as well as script.
Sexual innuendos, double-meaning dialogues, Jokes and one-liners that will make you ROFL - everything is so well-crafted and there's nearly a dull moment i the whole movie. Riteish and Tusshar's impeccable comic-timing adds bonus points to some sequences. Not only the two leading actors but also Anupam Kher, Chunky Pandey and Kevin Dave are equally hilarious in their side roles. Kudos to that Mega-LOL scene where Baba 3G is introduced. If you're stressed in a high stake, then this movie will work as an amazing stress-buster for you.
The soundtrack of the movie is very good, I must say. Composed by three groups Sachin-Jigar, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and The Meet Bros, the whole soundtrack works perfect for the movie in many manners. Four of the four tracks are mind blowing and 'Dil Garden Garden' is already a sensational hit nationwide. Ravi Walia's cinematography is top notch. Crisp editing by Aarif Sheikh is plead-able.
Riteish Deshmukh is the best ingredient of this super kool movie. His terrific comic-timing and hilarious expressions along with witty & crude dialogue deliverance are unbeatable. Apart from The Golmaal Trilogy and Kyaa Kool Hain Hum, This one counts as Tusshar's best work till date. Tusshar was in charge of some meaningless dialogues and comic acts like spoofing Singham and John in 'Dostana', goofing around with Sid and the Teleshopping ads etc. Anupam Kher as 'Psycho' Chakravarthy was outstanding. His comic-timing was always perfect and it still is. Chunky Pandey aka Baba 3G gives a commendable performance as a comic villain. Neha Sharma and Sarah Jane Dias are passable. Kevin Dave gave a few laughs. Howard Rosemeyer was again in a 'Gay' role fantastic. Razaak Khan was tremendous. Rohit Shetty's special appearances excited Tusshar mostly. Mushtaq Sheikh was nice in ashort role. Special Thanks to Sackru for his awesome pug act. He is the 'Vicky Donor' of 'kutta's.
Finally, don’t take your parents or kids with you, but please go watch KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM. In the race of sex comedies in Bollywood, KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM stays at the first position till now. It's juvenile and dragging at some parts, but it gives entertainment in very high dosage. Tusshar & Riteish's mind-boggling comic-timing, Sackru - the pervert pug and Sachin Yardi's witty and depraved script and dialogues - all of them makes KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM a madcap journey of 2.16 hours full of laughter, sexual remarks and obscene humor. It will be a huge success among youngsters and masses but will be obnoxious and offensive in some ambit. Still, I strongly recommend it. This one will make you fall laughing.
