    A dream with a close-eyes….never becomes true!

A dream which has to be fulfilled anyhow, a dream which is more than any life, a dream which one can go beyond boundaries, a dream for own and a dream of other. This is the short cum sweet explanation about the film called “London Dreams” and short cum sweet introduction about the two characters two friends in the film, “Arjun prajee” (Ajay Devgan) & “Manu prajee” (Salman Khan).

Vipul Shah is I think much attached to the London country. His previous film as a Director was “Namastey London” (2007) starring ... » read more

I have seen a lot of reviews for the movie and found not enough justice has been done to the honesty portrayed by the actors on the screen:

The movie talks about Friendship, Love, Passion and Jealousy. Ajay Devgn(please mark the missing 'a') does a marvellous portrayal of a passionate musician who is jealous of his overtly talented and charismatic friend Salman Khan. Ajay as Arjun, wears the jacket of jealousy with effortless ease. Salman acts superbly in a tailor made character. I have always believed that Salman Khan as an actor has a few limitations and thats ... » read more

The story is about two friends who are complete opposites but are still attached to each other and music is what they have in common. This takes them to fulfill a dream, a London Dream. Definitely, the story of this film is one of the best this year, the fact that two hero films are not being made these days especially after the success of Multi starrers also makes this film a memorable ride because this film gives equal footage to both the lead actors.

But, the writing has a lot of flaws. Although the film begins with a bang with intense & dramatic moments going ... » read more

Looks like script was made in dream!

From the start to the end, I just didn’t get what the movie was trying to convey the audience.

    - Since from childhood, Ajay works hard and pay every cost for his dream, still…Salman gets famous.

    - Ajay works day and night, even begs for his dream, but still…Salman gets famous.

    - Salman, who is not at all foucussed and is very lazy, but still…Salman gets famous.

    - Salman sleeps with Punjab di kudis and enjoys at London’s (that type of) disco, and here Ajay is not even thinking for such anything ... » read more

    Sapna Mera…….

The last time we saw Ajay Devgan and Salman Khan together was in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam made by a brilliant director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, which raised the standards of the director too. Both the actors gave one of their memorable roles on that film. Almost after a decade they both come back with another brilliant director Vipul Shah. But unlike last time which had a romantic theme, this time the tale is of friendship, dreams, passion and jealousy. So will the actors spark the same fireworks they did last time or as usual Hindi films this too will ... » read more

The songs have been filmed in the most energetic fashion, but at the end…tai-tai fishhh!!!!

The biggest problem with London Dreams is that in a film about music and its lessons in humility, the most crucial musical moments are handled amateurishly, which makes it all look unconvincing.

In a film based on music, Shankar-Ehsan-Loy’s score is a letdown. Khanabadosh and Barso Re are fantastic compositions. But all the other tracks fall flat and fail to rise to the occasion. Even Prasoon Joshi’s lyrics lack the bite.

LONDON DREAMS is about a rock ... » read more

Fantastic, the movie is superbly directed by vipul Amrutlal Shah.
Slaman khan and ajay devgan after hum dil de chuke sanam rocks man their chemistry is superb, and asin looks beautiful but I think asin is totally miscast katrina kaif have more suited the role and I think ajay shall take an award for this movie handsdown.
Salman looks handsome and he performs well, vipul direction is very good. vipul shah's film takes time to pick up exception singh is king as it was directed by anees bazmee. » read more

Salman Khan's acting leaves a lot to be desired

Salman Khan as the rustic musician is totally miscast and his acting is melodramatic and annoying. Asin is wasted in a minor role. Ajay Devgun is completely unconvincing as a musician. The only character that I liked in this movie was Ajay's sidekick who carries out all the dirty work of ruining Salman at Ajay's behest. The music is okay. » read more
