Manmatha spends an entire night in the state hospital as a distant relative Rohit is admitted over there. He meets Jagadish, a lower middle man who strikes up a friendship with him. A violent street conflict makes both of them shift to Manmatha’s car where they spend the night.
Biren is a jobless, elderly man hailing from a lower middle man who is always suffering from a sense of insecurity maybe primarily because of his own failures. He lives on dole and is always seen asking the same question to everyone-‘I have nothing to fear. Do I?’. No matter whatever anyone tells him, his fear refuses to go. One day actually when some goons joke with him and ask him to hold their gun to his head and tell him to push the trigger though nothing would happen to him as all the bullets had been emptied, that is precisely that is when Biren’s fears turn into reality as a bullet had remained and that takes his life.

Rohit and Rongili are a well of couple, but their marriage is an unhappy one. Things don’t click and they separate.Rohit gets frustrated and starts drinking heavily one day and that damages his health and he has a blackout. He lands up in the hospital.
