At that time Nirmal reached ther, Muralidhar arranged a good job for Nirmal in his office. Due to his efficiency within a very time Nirmal became all-in-all in that office. But his eyes got full of tears only when Saudamini's letter came and he remembered the face of Aparna. But Saudamini shifted to Palashdanga to his grandfather Radhika Mukherjee. Muralidhar was very ill in Burma. His last wish was that Nirmal would take the responsibility of Shiva. Dillema started in Nirmal's mind. On one side he could not target Aparna, and on the other side Muralidhar might think him ungrateful. Ultimately Nirmal married Shiva. Muralidhar died in peace. Saudamini got ill. Radhika mukherjee also died. Kamakhha charaha distant relative usurped the entire property of Radhika Mukherjee. At last both Saudamini and Aparna became homeless. Nirmal had a deep regard for Shiva, but when ever she came close to him, the face of Aparna appeared in his eyes. Nirmal and Dhira went on a weather change. They were travelling by steamer. There Nirmal met his cousin brother Fatiswar and told him in detail about the sad affair of Aparna and made Nirmal responsible for this. Dhiru was near and so heard the entire discussion. She thought she should die and she jumped into the river. Aparna was also ill. She dreamt in the early morning that Nirmal had returned. And the early morning dream come true when Nirmal returned to Aparna.
