Tell me what comes to you mind when you just listen the name Mallika, I am sure you will remember Mallika Sherawat, and what comes into your mind when you listen that name, Hot scenes to watch & Something Entertaining! This film will exactly give you both of these. As per the genre, it definitely gives you horrifying entertainment, and as per the name you will definitely watch some hot stuff.
It’s the same old story, might have seen in many old horror films, especially from the Ramsay’s album. Sanjana (Sheena Nayar) is having some visions, dreams and nightmares of some ghosts, murder and etc from past many years. She thought that her house might be haunted by some ghosts and spirits, but their friends told them it’s just only her illusion. So to take a break from everything she decided to leave on a vacation, and co-incidentally she planned her vacation in some Fort Palace. But later on after spending few days there, she realized that her dreams and her visions were becoming stronger and stronger there, and plus it were becoming in real also. Soon the mystery was solved after the first half that in her past life she was dreadfully killed by her husband in that Fort Palace only just to take over all the property of her including that Palace. And now she is back on revenge. But the question remains that if Sanjana is the re-incarnation of Mallika (her past life name), then how come her spirit is still there? For this, watch the movie and find out the valid point of that, plus, get yourself entertain also.
Wilson Louis first film as a Director was “Ho Sakta Hai” released in 2006. Genre was same but the film didn’t run quite well. He has come back after 4 yrs, with the same genre, but again I guess so with the same result in hand. And now he is upto two more films with the same genre, Bravo Wilson. Though these types of film are not running successfully such days, but still it does entertain you pretty much, if and only if you are horror-thriller genre fans.
Direction by Wilson in this film was good as per the genre and as per in the comparison between previous horror films which is being released now-a-days. In the first half minor goose bumps of horrifying scenes were presented and the story just moves in a simple way, but still in a mystery way. Post Interval this mystery is being solved in the first scene only and you will wait for the climax to come. Story was clichéd, but overall screenplay touch was gripping. Thanks to the writer and the director that there were no mediocre songs were added, except for one, which was the remixed of the old one.
Performances were average, and the newcomer Sheena Nayar is just the hot-type material, rest everything is zero. Skimpy and short costumes of her is only sizzling and hot thing to watch it here, and thanks to the writer and director that there were no intimate or sensuous scenes were added in the film. Otherwise it would become more of B-Grade, and less of Horror. The main plus point of this film which I liked the most part out of here are the special effects and the editing done in this film. Too good special effects work was done here as compared to Indian Horror Cinema, plus with a very nice creatively edited work was seen here in the whole movie.
College boys will love to watch Sheena Nayar on the big screen, and rest for the people who loves to watch any Horror-Thriller movies will find it good and entertain. Others can obviously skip!
