Hrishikesh Roy, a zamindar by birth had some pecular obsession. He was obsessed with experimental coding ?seasong ?flower his family tradition and of course, with his own ego. He loved to see himself as an angry man and the ideal grandson of his grandfather. His grandfather broke his grandmother three of the tenth? by a solid slap on the first night of their marriage. Hrishikesh had two sons, very cool headed like their mother. Hrishikesh expected one day he would have a grandson just like him. Her family physican suggested him to bring a beautiful bride for his elder son, Hemanta. Only she would be able to calm down his blood pressure as well as his anger by her loving nature. Hrishikesh agreed gladly, and started to look for a suitable bride for Hemanta. Hemanta, a singer by profession had an emotional nature by birth. An orphan village girl, Pratima suddenly caught his eyes by her charming beauty and melancholy eyes. Hemanta married her. Hrishikesh, got furious, and stopped them from entering his house. Hemanta's friends helped them to find out a rented house. They settled down there. Landlord attorney Abinash Banerjee and his wife started to love them as their own. Their only daughter, Geeta was a tom boy. She played cricket with boys. One day the younger son of Hrishikesh, Shishor came to see Hemanta and Pratima. He found out their rented house and met with Pratima. He took her photo and showed it to his mother. His mother cried for them, wanted to see them, but couldnot go for the fear of her husband. Shishir and Geeta fell in love with each other. Prarima was expecting her baby.Her land lady, Geeta's mother sent an invitiation letter to Hemanta's mother for the ritual of pregnancy. Hemanta's mother secretly came with younger son and joined the ritual. Hrishikesh came to know about it and he followed them. He came to their house, met with tomboy Geetu and accepted her as his younger daughter-in-law. He also accepted Pratima very gladly and brought her to his haveli.
