    Sanjay Malhotra (Uday Chopra) and Anjali Sharma(Tulip Joshi) are childhood friends. Sanjay is living in Mumbai with his friend Ria (Bipasha Basu).
    He recieves a phone call from Anjali and she shocks him by saying that she is getting married. Unfortunately Sanjay has loved Anjali for years, but was never able to tell her for the sake of their friendship.
    Jealous and frustrated Sanjay makes his way, not to attend her marriage but to break it sumhow. After reaching there, Sanjay meets Rohit Khanna (Jimmy Shergill) who is Anjali's husband to be.
    Sanjay Organizes a bachelor party for Rohit and all the other males in the family. His plan works, Rohit ends up completely drunk. Rohit picks up Sanjay's plan, that he is here to stop his marriage.
    Sanjay out of desperation gets Ria to come and pose as his girlfriend. This makes Anjali jealous but eventually Ria leaves giving a hint to Anjali that Sanjay is the right guy for her and he loves her very much.
    After hearing all this, Anjali also recognizes that she has always loved Sanjay and not Rohit. Giving up, Sanjay is on his way back to Mumbai. Rohit also realises and stops Sanjay from leaving. At last, Sanjay and Anjali get married
