Sanjay Malhotra (Uday Chopra) and Anjali Sharma(Tulip Joshi) are childhood friends. Sanjay is living in Mumbai with his friend Ria (Bipasha Basu).
He recieves a phone call from Anjali and she shocks him by saying that she is getting married. Unfortunately Sanjay has loved Anjali for years, but was never able to tell her for the sake of their friendship.
