    Gopi (Sunil Shetty) comes from Hoshiarpur to Goa looking for his friend Kishan (Arshad Warsi) to give him his money for a piece of land. Kishen is a con man with Balu as assistant. He supports his sister Divya in London in this way. He also manages to hide his conmanship from his girl friend, Anuradha. He creates a story of his twin brother, Hari behind all misdeeds. Gopi finds Kishan with help of his girl friend, Tanya and asks him to return to Hoshiarpur, which he is not willing to do, as he is earning well from his con-job. Then, there are 3 girls, who lost their diamonds, staying at K.G.Resort, which is owned by Tanya's father, Kulbhushan Gupta (Sadashiv Amrapurkar), but managed by Tanya, herself. Kishan finds the diamonds and also manages to change the name of the resort to G.K.Resort to prove that its owned by Gopi and Kishan and dupe Tanya’s boy friend and his father into believing, that Kishan is a very rich man. Tanya’s father seekes help of a dumb policeman, Brown (Bharat Saxena). When Tanya and her boy friend are getting married, underworld don, Laadla (Ashish Vidyarthi) arrives in search of diamonds. A sardar (Vrajesh Hirjee) gets hold of the diamonds when his wife (Upasna Singh) grabs them from a taxi driver. With the diamonds changing multiple hands, there is all round confusion. Watch the movie to know, whether Gopi gets Kishan to return to Hoshiarpur or Kishan gets his love.
